NAMIBIA has recorded 115 new coronavirus cases, 732 new recoveries and three deaths.
This was announced on Sunday afternoon by health deputy minister Ester Muinjangue.
Of these new cases, 62 are males and 53 females, the youngest is 17 days old and the oldest 69 years.
Windhoek recorded 60 new cases, Rehoboth 19, Usakos 7, Mariental, and Keetmanshoop 5 each, Walvis Bay 4, Okahandja and Outapi 3 each, Otjiwarongo and Rundu 2 each, and Swakopmund, Okakarara, Tsumeb, Gobabis and Katima Mulilo one each.
Of the recoveries, Khomas recorded 618, Kavango East 58, Hardap 27, Ohangwena 14, Oshana 8, //Kharas 4 and Kavango West 3.
The total number of active cases stands at 3 075 with 20 of them in severe to critically condition.
The three deaths are from Windhoek (50-year-old male), Rundu (37-year-old female) and Otjiwarongo (83-year-old male).
Namibia now has 9 719 confirmed cases, 6 543 recoveries and 101 deaths.
