NAMIBIA has recorded three deaths linked to coronavirus, 230 new infections and 38 recoveries from the virus, health and social services minister Kalumbi Shangula said on Thursday.
Shangula also said 150 people are currently admitted in hospital with Covid-19, with 19 of them under intensive care.
The 230 people with newly confirmed novel coronavirus infections include 78 pupils, 14 employees in the fishing industry, three employees from the mining industry, 11 teachers and 16 healthcare workers.
