NAMIBIA has recorded 315 recoveries from coronavirus, five deaths linked to the virus and 150 new infections, health and social services minister Kalumbi Shangula said on Tuesday.

Shangula also said 159 people are admitted in hospital with Covid-19 currently, and 28 of these patients under intensive care.

The 150 people with newly confirmed novel coronavirus infections include 87 pupils, six teachers and seven prison inmates.
