NAMIBIA has recorded 312 new Covid-19 infections, seven deaths linked to the virus and 470 recoveries from the disease.
Meanwhile, 297 people are hospitalised with 33 of them in intensive care, health minister Kalumbi Shangula said on Wednesday.
“Today we are reporting cases from 13 (93%) regions, with Khomas region accounting for 23% of all confirmed cases followed by Omaheke (18%).
“Cases are increasing in the different regions as indicated by the continuous change in the top two regions,” the minister added.
