NAMIBIA has recorded 33 new Covid-19 cases, eight of them pupils at Oshakati Senior Secondary School, health and social services minister Kalumbi Shangula said on Monday.
The country has also recorded four recoveries, all from the Ohangwena region.
Oshakati reported the highest number of cases, with nine, followed by Rundu and Okahandja with six and five respectively.
Windhoek recorded four, followed by Walvis Bay with two while Otjiwarongo, Outapi, Okahao, Onandjokwe, Engela, Rehoboth and Katima Mulilo with one each.
Namibia now has 12 326 confirmed cases, 10 426 recoveries with 1 769 active cases and 131 deaths.
